I was asked by the 17u team (I am 16u) to travel down to East Cobb Georgia to play in the Perfect Game tournament.

I was asked to fill in for our 17u team. I hist my first Home Run in a while and pitched well. And a new PR for my fastball :: 87mph.

Not the season I envisioned—but maybe the one I needed. Flaws exposed. Back to work. I’m coming back stronger.

Ninth Outing vs Middlesex
They asked me to come in the bottom of the 7th, tied 0-0. I struckout 2 and walked one. Then I gave up a hit. Not the result I had hoped for. On to states.

Eighth Outing vs Brearley
Asked to get the last out in the top of the 7th. 4 pitches, ground out to the first baseman. Didn’t have enough time to get a picture! (got a picture later!)
